Teams are already pushing carts, answering phones, and trying to switch rooms as fast as possible without disturbing the next patient in line. Shelves are crowded in one corner and strangely empty in another. If planning is centered purely on the medical device distribution, the picture appears orderly, but fine cracks emerge at peak times.
